The knowledge I have is from purchasing my current residence, and listening to the bigger pockets podcast. My goal is to change that by becoming a member and finding my niche in real estate.
I've been in love with real estate for oh-so long, but have never bitten the bullet and went full time.

I have completed fix and flips in the past, but am looking for multifamily buy and holds.
I am from middle America, Iowa to be exact. Married with two young children. I work in the IT field and got into real estate initially to be able to rehab and create something. Now 15 years later, I am trying real estate again, this time to build wealth for my family. Possibly be able to pass it on someday.
