New to this and very interested in getting started.
In the past decade, I had lived in 4 continents and built a family with 2 small kids. Hopefully, this time we can settle for a decade or so for giving the kids a bit stability. We have invested one apartment in Oslo and now bought a house in Holland. I have been always interested in real estate investment however lack of extra cash right now....
I'm currently retired from Law Enforcement after 32 yrs., I'm now looking forward too Real Estate investments such as Single Family homes and Multi-Units (2-4) complexes. I'd would like to know how to purchase properties with little money down and low interest rates.
