I have recently retired after 33 years with LA City Fire department, and am interested in getting involved with real estate investing as a means of growing my retirement nest-egg.
I'm brand new to the REI arena. I'm still not sure if I want to buy and sell or build a portfolio of rentals or maybe both. I do want to build something that will help my wife and I retire comfortably and hopefully have something to leave our children.
