I have been in the construction industry for over forty years. I own and manage a general contracting remodeling business in the residential and commercial industry. I merged this business with real estate investing several years ago. I am looking for partnerships and individual deals.
I have been a residential Real Estate agent approx. 3 years working successfully by word of mouth. I was recently approached by an investor, who would like to work with me & want to learn more of what to expect & my responsibilities are to him before taking this position.
I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii; moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 2012 jumping from different jobs trying to find something I'm passionate about that'll catch my interest. I have no experience in real estate but I am very interested in learning everything I can about the business.
