I'm 41 ga . resident who has a desire to invest in real estate. I brought and did rentals and flips in the past. I was a mortgage broker for 3 yrs.

I am 40 yrs old my girlfriend and I have been interested in real estate for years and do home renos. we attended a nick vertucci 3 day course and were hooked. Now we will be looking for properties to wholesale and or flip, however we would require investors for those costs.
