Hello, I dropped out of college to help my grandmother with finances. After soke medical emergencies her house (and mine) went into foreclosure, had to start working to purchase the house, needs a lot of work but does have about ~28K in equity that im trying to learn to leverage to possibly do a brrrr strategy
