I'm a data engineer by trade and look to doing some real estate investment on the side. I'll be looking for buy and hold properties in the DMV region.
I have a non-RE day job and I look to buy and hold rental properties with non-negative cashflow, preferably near the Bay Area. I house hacked my own residence. I do my own taxes, including with rental. I look for creative ways to make rental property cash flow positive in the expensive Bay Area or nearby.
Total Noob here. I've been listening to the Pod casts, reading the forums and soaking up as much as I can.
I am a mother of four and my desire to spend more quality time with my family has made Real Estate Investing a goal of mines for the past 6 years now. I purchased my first investment property 2020 in Trenton, NJ and since then I now have 4 doors. My goal is to have enough rentals to replace my income. Financial freedom here I come!
Hello all,
I'm brand new to real estate investing. I always wanted to be an investor but didn't know how and where to start. I am super excited and happy I found Bigger Pockets. I have been watching tons of BP content and finally got the courage to get the ball rolling. I appreciate any and all advice.
