I am new to Property investing in the Rochester area. I have already met so many great people through the local meet ups and look forward to continuing to build relationships with our local community of Real Estate investors and professionals.

I am an A&P Mechanic (Airplane Mechanic) by trade, an Apprentice Blade Smith with the American Blade Smith Association and a hobbyist blacksmith. I am also father of three wonderful children and husband to the best wife (and Author) in the world.

I am a complete beginner when it comes to real estate investing. My parents did own some rentals growing up, so I have some familiarity with the business. The more I look into doing it, the more I see it as a very viable way to grow wealth.
