I am new to RE investing. I refurbished section 8 homes for a realtor/property magmt company 20 years ago, but it didn't work out. I am working a 40 hr/week JOB and am striving to change that.

I am an investor out of Tulsa. My wife and I have one rental of our own and five that we hold interests in (mostly half). I work as an attorney and have a broker's license that, so far, I have only used to take referral fees.
