I am currently a full time collection consultant and moving in the direction of full time flipping which is underway. I plan to retire from my 9-5 in 3 years.I held a real estate license in 2004 and obtaining it again in 2017. I am here to learn from others as well as help. I am an attorney licensed in Maryland and Delaware. I own and manage a solo virtual law practice, and previously worked at a general practice law firm wherein I assisted with real estate matters, including real estate closings. I have additional legal experience in estate planning and family law, and reside in Southern Delaware.
