I'm a small real estate investor with 7 units in a buy and hold status. Learning and trying to kick it up. I've been doing all of my own property management up until now. I'm now looking at getting these properties under property management.

I currently work for Renewal by Andersen as their licensed contractor to pull all there permits for them. I have been in the construction industry for about 20 years. I have worked as a superintendent for track home builders and have also worked for a custom home builder who built multi million dollar homes in the Broadmoor area of Colorado...
