Currently renting, and definitely don't like the idea of paying $160K for an 1100 sq ft SFH (current MLS listings in the area). Would like to get my feet wet in Real Estate investing by purchasing a duplex and living in one half while renting the other half.

I am a young guy just a few years out of college looking to get my feet wet in the real estate market. I would love to either rehab and then flip houses or buy rental properties but as of now, have no experience.
