I currently an living in Alaska but an interested in investing in the Midwest areas of Indiana and Ohio for primarily buy and hold SFR and small multi family units. I also own a rental unit in California. I really appreciate all the advice and education I've received from the BP forums, my colleagues and the podcasts!
