I am a full time Real Estate Investor specializing in Short Sales in the Chicagoland area. My firm currently has 60+ short sales in process - we are different than most companies negotiating on short sales as we produce results. We have closed files in less than a month from start to finish ... we do not normally have 6+ month turnaround time...
