was a member 2years ago,got discouraged so i backed down,interested in learning more to get back on track-at the present time looking to sell my property-pretty tough holding on to it-proceeds to pay what i owe and find a townhouse

Brand new to investing world...thought about it for years, though not knowing for certain if realistic for us. After cold calling a FSBO, the owner was an investor and very seasoned, said he could hear the enthusiasm in my voice, told me about BP...AMAZING!!! Have been devouring the site and am now stepping out!
