I am a licensed realtor in the state of PA. I have my own company called Home Rehabbers and Investment Properties LLC.
I purchased a home for my personal residence in 2001. Then married 3 years later. The property is a rental now. I am interested to learn if you can really purchase properties with little or no money, as well as wholesaling properties.
