I can repair most of any property myself ,and if there is something I myself can not do well I have cheap laborers who can .from roofing plumbing to electrical ,I do have the means to get it done cheaply by licensed contractor's. I have 5 properties that I can get for around fifty thousand for all ,one is valued at 125,000 by itself once...
