Looking to get my first place and split it into two units and live in the basement until I can get another and do it again.

My husband and I are in this game together. We are looking for Income to support us during our retirement. And if we can make enough so we can retire 10 years early that would be even better. My husband has done some amazing rehab projects so buying fixed-uppers is how we do it. I am a nurse and ready to move on to a different line of work....
