28 year old getting into rental property investing
I currently own 4 rental properties - 2 single family homes, 1 SFH with a duplex on the same lot, and 1 SFH with a studio unit in the back yard. I'd like to get more rentals, also interested in doing a little flipping but only to raise cash for more rentals.
