i am looking to get started in the real estate investing arena
Hi, I just recently became a Real Estate Agent, looking to do investing in properties full time.
I have been a lifelong resident of Michigan and have been a Realtor for the last 5 years. In the mid 1980's I started rehabbing houses and over those many years I have evolved into a full time investor.
I work as an agent with Coldwell Banker. I also hold a w-2 job as an overnight supervisor to bring in extra capital and make loans easier to qualify for. Looking to learn more about investing strategies and network within Chicago West Suburbs.
Properties in Alaska, Hawaii, and Minnesota currently.
I live on the east side of Indianapolis with my wife and 4 kids. I love spending time with my family, running and helping out-of-state (and out-of-country) investors purchase properties that help them reach their goals!
I am a Kansas City, MO Native, currently studying each aspect of Real Estate while acting in Wholesaling as my foundation.
