I am new to the investing side of this business. I have experience rehabing houses in the past but on the worker side not the investor side. I have a little cash and a lot of desire to succeed. I am retired Military after 24 years.

Currently with my day job providing myself and family with enough to get by...I’m aiming to surround myself with a network I can learn from at every angle. My first major MAJOR goal in this field is to replace my income from from my day job with that of rental properties. I would love to accomplish this within WITHIN 7 years!
