Hi, I just recently became a Real Estate Agent, looking to do investing in properties full time.
I have been a lifelong resident of Michigan and have been a Realtor for the last 5 years. In the mid 1980's I started rehabbing houses and over those many years I have evolved into a full time investor.
I work as an agent with Coldwell Banker. I also hold a w-2 job as an overnight supervisor to bring in extra capital and make loans easier to qualify for. Looking to learn more about investing strategies and network within Chicago West Suburbs.
