My wife and I own a couple of single family rentals now and are looking to add more properties to our portfolio. Current we are in need of a portfolio lender due to some other investments with passive losses causing us to not qualify for conventional under Fannie Mae

I'm a Navy Vet currently working for Non Profit Org that helps Homeowners avoid Foreclosure mostly Loan Mods and Governemt Programs, as a last resort Short Sale. I have large inventory of property that will suit buy and hold investors, I have fix and flip properties also.
