Started house hacking in June 2019. Bought my first rental with a partner in September 2020. Just getting started and already hooked.

I am incredibly interested in learning more and implementing different strategies for real estate investing. My husband and I would like to flip houses and I would like to wholesale as well. We are looking to find others who are already doing these things and learn from them.

I'm a licensed builder in Michigan. Doing mostly remodel work and self performing most finish work while relying on trade partners for the bigger job. I would eventually like to move into purchasing and holding my own properties.
