I've been investing in Realestate for about 12 years. I've flipped a couple of houses and currently own 2 multiunit bldgs., 6 units total. I work a full time job in Logistics - Supply Chain Mgmt. I am also a licensed import broker. I have a certificate in property maintenance, a 2 year cert. in HVAC and I'm EPA certified.
