I've been teaching for 10 years in the inner city and I am completely burned out. I bought my first property and I'm renting it exclusively through AirBnb and Craigslist. My plan is to acquire more properties and manage them through an automated process.
Currently working maintenance for a school district. My fiancée and I are looking to get out of the rat race by house hacking and using the BRRRR method.
I am currently working with a company that has been flipping houses for a few years. We have learned a lot from each project but, understand that it is a constant learning experience. My partner told me about this podcast. He said it is really insightful and, likes the questions that you ask each guest.
