54 years young. I've been talking about doing this for many years now. I've got the skills, tooling, and manpower to do this.
Time to concentrate on getting an education so I know a good deal when I see one and the confidence to take the make an offer.
I am new to investing and focus most of my efforts on wholesaling deals. Most deals I find are off market and $0.70 on the $1.00. I work all over the Dallas Fort Worth area and have even managed some deals in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
