Hello, i am 16 years old and i am looking to break into the real estate game. I hope to free myself out of the rat race as spending half my life working for a paycheck doesn't appeal to me. I live in the Portland metro area in Oregon and have been studying investing and business for about a year now.
I am the executive director of an affordable housing community. I am looking to get into real estate investing. I initially plan to flip homes and move into residential rentals. My long-term goal is a satisfying mixture of both.

I've been working as a contractor for about the last 20 years doing remodels, flip houses, new construction. I'm looking to incorporate the BRRRR method in my real estate investing with some lower-income single families that's what I'm focused on right now.
