Just started getting into real estate investing the last couple years as I inch towards retirement. Prior to that most of my investing has been in the 4 small companies I own and maximizing their cash flow. Currently small portfolio of SFH and duplex for buy and hold rentals. I have my eye on a good flip opportunity, just being patient
