I have a full time job in the technology sector, but am interested in part-time real estate investing as a way to generate passive income. I live in the Northern VA area, but am primarily looking to invest in other markets with higher potential for cashflow.

I'm 37. Married and have two teenage daughters. I've always wanted to enter the real estate investing world. I've heard a lot about bigger pockets and started listening to the podcast.
