I started in 2001 buying my first multi-unit house. In 2014, I started R&W Properties with a partner to create rental properties people can be proud to live in.
I have been married for 23 years and have 2 sons (18 & 21). I originally got my real estate license in 1986, but did not activate because I decided to stay at my full time job. Now that I have finished homeschooling my sons, I am ready to give real estate a try. Got my license about a year ago.
I currently have one rental that costs monthly and would like to learn more about real estate investments. At this time I have no true experience in real estate investing but want to learn more for future investments.
