Currently I'm working with RE investment group that buy/sell properties in all 5 boroughs. Besides, as a hobby, I'm involved in residential side of RE, rentals & sales.
My believe is: only smart business decisions can build your wealth, not physical job.

I am a rookie investor who started off by renting my 1 bedroom apartment in Atlanta on Airbnb until the management sold the property. It was lucrative, even for a 1 bedroom, so I decided to expand my portfolio. I have a duplex on Airbnb through rental arbitrage & I am looking into getting my first property for either STR or LTR.
