About myself
Hello to All! I am Krystal Wilbanks, I bring with me 15 years of residential leasing and property management experience as well as fix and flip experience. From 2006-2008 I flipped 15 single-family residential homes in Cartersville, GA with the help of a private lender/mentor. In 2008 my lender and mentor pass away so I decided to take my "winnings" and walk away from the real estate industry. Fast forward to 2017 and I am looking to get back into buying, fixing, and selling distressed properties in Bartow, Cobb, and Cherokee Counties in the state of Georgia. Specifically the cities of Cartersville, Acworth, Woodstock, and Canton.
