Marc is a great person to work with. We have done a few deals now in discounted notes and in real estate. He is honest, prompt, and very knowledgeable. I have no qualms about recommending him for YOUR next deal.

I met Dave about five years ago and am glad that I did! Dave and I have worked directly together on over 20 mobile home deals and several single family homes. We have traded deals, own property together jointly, and JV together in the ownership of several notes. Dave has been a key player in the areas of property acquisition, management, rehab management, and finding tenants and buyers. Dave has always been a guy that knows how to pull his weight in gold, he is trustworthy, does what he says he is going to do, and is always fun to work with. If you are looking to partner up with someone in West Michigan, you won't find any better than Dave.
