New to Real Estate
I'm a 16 year Firefighter (Engineer)/Paramedic. Before that I owned a native plant nursery and landscaping business. I've been investing in equities for about 10 years. For fun I restore old railroad equipment and run obstacle course races. Since I live in one of the hottest real estate markets in the U.S., I'm here to learn more about investing in real estate.
