Now down to 0 as my goals have changed. 2 flips, one completed in West Allis and 1 in progress in Milwaukee. Prefer to buy using seller-financing or private lenders, or other creative/ unconventional means. Have some limited experience as a private lender. Open to the concept of making small short term loans to AirBnB entrepreneurs, or lending to investors for rehabs. Lending Club is my preferred place to stash cash between deals. Real Estate Goals: Move from active business-owner to passive investor. Continually improve cashflow generating skills. I'd be open to a large 40+ multi-unit in the future.
