Clint Rasberry

In my Day-Job, I am a Construction Consultant for one of the top producing metal building manufacturers in the country. My additional background includes ironworker, crane operator, safety management, realtor, mortgage consultant, and various other construction related experience. I am beginning building my rental portfolio with a goal of 10 properties free and clear in 10 years. Recently completed my first live in flip deal and moved back to Alabama. I am familiar with the area and have contacts here already so the transition should be easier. I am doing this so that I can become my own boss and live by my standards, which varies greatly from the corporate world that I work in now. I see customers as people not a dollar and having moved all over the country as a renter for the last 10 years every pm company I have used treated me as a dollar and on the other hand every owner i rented from treated me as a person and Im still friends with them today.
