Colin Lubinski

Hello fellow real estate enthusiasts! Just here to meet interesting people who share a desire to learn, grow and be succesful! I live in Chicago, IL and by day am a licensed broker who specializes in working with investors on anything from SFRs and small multi unit residential, up to lage scale developments. I also have experience in management of portfolios of 100+ units and just want to know the business and my market inside and out. Handling transactions has taken my focus off of my own investing plans, but I am always on the lookout for the right opportunity and to connect with like minded individuals and offer my skills as a negotiator and market expert while I grow into my pursuit of investing. I am also a Marine Corps veteran and put extra focus on working with other service veterans and helping them achieve success
