Hello everyone! I actually joined this group a couple of years ago, but as things happen life go it the way in some big ways and I had to put my investing dreams aside for a while. Somewhere along the line I decided to change course, and became a real estate broker instead in order to learn more about the business before investing my money into it. I just finished my 2nd year as a real estate broker serving the city of Chicago, and I specialize in investment properties. I've met some great clients who have become friends that are large scale investors, and have allowed me to follow, watch and learn exactly what investors are looking for and how to manage the process smoothly and efficiently. I still plan on investing myself in the near future when I have the resources to do so, but in the meantime if anyone in Chicago is looking for an investor friendly broker, I would love to here from you and see what I could do to help you get started or grow. As always, I'm always looking to hear from other seasoned investors to gain new knowledge and ideas. Happy investing everyone!
