Ken Corsini is most well known for hosting the HGTV series - "Flip or Flop Atlanta" AND more recently - "Flipping Showdown" with his wife Anita. He is also the host of BiggerPocket's Best Deal Ever Show on YouTube as well as the Deal Farm Podcast. He has 16 years of full-time full-time real estate investing experience and has flipped over 1000 properties in Metro Atlanta. Ken owns Red Capital Lending, LLC - a state of the art, hard money lending platform for real estate investors. He has recently launched Red Barn Home Buyers, LLC - a new franchise model specifically geared towards real estate investors who want the territory, the systems, the training and the marketing to own and operate a successful real estate investing business. He also owns Red Barn Construction, LLC - a custom home construction and remodeling company with multiple developments in and around Atlanta. And while he recently sold his real estate brokerage (Red Barn Real Estate, a full-service brokerage in Atlanta with over 250 agents) to a Fathom Holdings, a publicly traded company - he has a team of real estate agents that manage traditional real estate transactions (buyer, sellers and investors) in and around Metro Atlanta. Ken has a business degree from the University of Georgia and a Masters Degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. He currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife and 3 children.
