I bought my first property when I was 22 with hopes in turning it into my first rental property. I am now 30, and have invested in 3 other properties. That property taught me alot about real estate investing. I've gotten better and made more money on each deal I do. I've been operating my 4 rental properties for about 4 years now. I'm getting ready to sell and do it all over again. Just better than the last 4 times. Always be improving.
