In 2010, my business partner (Dan) and I founded HRV Homes, now R|H Investment Group, and undertook our first gut rehab in Boston. Since then, we've acquired rental properties, rehabbed buildings, and developed several new construction projects in and around Boston. Our largest project to date was ground up construction of a 32 unit mixed-use building.
