Tom Paul

I am a registered architect and real estate investor in northeast Ohio. My companies are Paul Architects LLC and S&P Real Estate & Development. I have been in the architecture and construction industry for 23 years and 10 of those years owning my own company. I have been involved in the design and development of both commercial and residential property. I spent five years working with two different commercial general contractors as a VP and project manager. Turning to real estate investing will allow both my companies to grow as well as create new opportunities in the community.
