Part of our ongoing plan to simplify and improve BiggerPockets includes putting together a top-notch team of moderators to help manage BP Nation . . . the awesome community we've built here.

I'm excited to announce the first of our new batch of moderators, Jon Klaus!

Jon has been a member of BiggerPockets for almost 4 years now, and has posted some incredibly valuable feedback over his 3,200+ posts on the site. He will be focusing mostly on our Landlording, Development/Land/Construction, & Commercial areas, but of course, as always, you'll see him all over the site.
