Sunrose Condos, Close in SE Portland
I had the opportunity to preview the Sunrose Condos today on NE 28th Ave. and Burnside, and I was really impressed.
The location is awesome. Literally across the street from Starbucks, Whole foods market, Pizzicato and just down the street from Esparzas and a host of great restaurants on NE 28th Ave. Taqueria Nueve is gone (the best Mexican restaurant ever), but the neighborhood is as vibrant in spite of our lackluster economy.
The Sunrose Condos are ultra contemporary with very nice finishes. In the units that I saw today, the ultra-modern gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room are all one great big open space (with hardwood floors of course). I found unit 404 to have lots of windows and lots of light, but unit 406 was a little dark. The bathrooms in both of these units were very modern and well appointed.
Prices in Sunrose range from about $279 to $338 per square foot. It appeard to me that the units with better light, wider floorplans and corner units cost more, and there appears to be a slight premium for the top floor. About half of the 32 units are sold, and the current prices range from $240,000 to 450,000. The square footage range of available units is 739 to 1337.
The curb appeal of the building is very attractive, and did I mention ulta contemporary? If you are not into this style, skip this building. But if you like it, and maybe a hint of Mid-Century flair, this building and the individual condos rock.
I have some photos of the Sunrose Condos

Every body remembers that life is high priced, but some people require cash for different issues and not every one gets enough money. Thus to receive good loans or just secured loan should be a correct way out.
