Howdy, BiggerPockets

My name is Todd Garrigus. My wife and I work in real estate for Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters, a brokerage in Southern California. We run our own team, the Garrigus Real Estate Group, and have worked in the real estate industry since 2008.

We are obviously not new to real estate, but we ourselves are new to being real estate investors. We have not yet moved on an investment, but are educating ourselves as much as possible, and of course being a part of the BiggerPockets community is important to us.
