James is your guy if you’re looking for an agent who is well versed in investing. I worked with him to acquire a property in St. Cloud under contract for deed and the property is performing even better than we originally thought. If you’re looking for an agent to help you find investing deals in the St. Cloud or central Minnesota area James is your guy.

James was the only reason I walked away from this property in a positive manner. My initial thoughts were to rent, but James came in and pointed out flaws in the numbers and due to the area and comps, he recommended selling. Fast forward three months and the property was sold and we did way better than expected.
Now looking to quickly put that cash into something else and keep the ball rolling.
James was very knowledgeable in all aspects of RE and was extremely patient teaching/explaining concepts and steps for us. Very happy we connected and got to work together.

i am relatively new to this real estate market and investment and James really helped me thru process . He is really knowledge around this area and have really good Strategies to invest and while looking for renters as well. I highly recommend him...

Working with James was a walk in the park. He is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me exactly what I needed to know to ensure the home was ready for tenants and was able to place tenants in the home very quickly.
