We had a very poor experience with Miguel. We made a full price offer on a rental, and he told us that the owner was on vacation, but would get back to us soon. After 5 days of following up and still having us holding out hope, I drove past the house to find people moving in. He didn’t even have the decency to let us know our offer was not accepted. Not only is this very unprofessional, but it is really sad because there are real families behind every offer.
