Amy manages my investment property. I purchased it last November -- not the easiest time to find tenants. But with her expertise, she found a qualified tenant to move in after just 5 weeks of search. Amy responds quickly to all my questions, and so very easy to work with. She knows her stuff! So dependable, honest, and communicative. She's a superstar, and I'm so happy to have her on my team!

We worked with Amy, and she was great! She was really good to run through the numbers of each of the properties we saw and gave us advice on basic renovations that could boost the numbers. She also provided a lot of resources that we needed such as contact info for a guy that installs recessed lighting (which we desperately needed). Also, just overall, Amy treated us really well and continues to follow through with us even after the transaction is over.

I live in Utah and manage my own rentals. We have purchased and sold multi unit property with Amy (Acadia Properties) and the experience has been fantastic. She is customer focused and responsive to what YOU the investor are looking for. I don't say this lightly but when and if we leave Utah I would be 100% comfortable buying investment property with Acadia never stepping foot in the property personally. I consider this to be about the highest praise you could give a investor centric real estate agent, highly recommend!

Amy (Acadia Properties) was awesome to work with! She represented myself in purchasing a house hack property. Amy provided both knowledge and experience. The whole process felt comfortable as Amy was there to assist with whatever was needed while communicating every step of the way through my first purchase. Amy also provided investment feed back and provided referrals for handy work to help close the deal after our inspection of the home was completed. Without a doubt, I will be working with Amy (Acadia Properties) when I am ready to purchase my next deal!

I found Amy on BP and she was quick to reply to phone calls, texts, and answer all of my questions when looking to invest in the SLC market. Amy has deep knowledge of the area and owns many properties herself, making her a great asset to any investor. Amy helped me run the numbers on properties when determining how much to offer, and was quick to put an offer in the day a property was listed (necessary in this market). Throughout the process, Amy was great, providing referrals for contractors and property management. I will absolutely buy future deals with Acadia Properties.
