XO Real Estate's founder, Molly Arnott, spent 10 years busy with personal real estate rehabs & investments before deciding to become a full-time real estate agent in 2018, licensed in both Sonoma County, CA and the Treasure Valley, ID. Coming from the competitive California market, she has unique perspective and strategies to help her clients get the best deals. Although today she lives and focuses her own investments in the Treasure Valley of Idaho, the knowledge gained from working in multiple markets is invaluable. There are a lot of agents out there, but none as dedicated to using a cutting edge marketing plan to get your home sold for top dollar, or to win you the contract on multiple offer situations. Molly and her team helped us find a needle in a haystack in Middleton Idaho in a tough sellers market. I’d highly recommend working with XO, particularly if you are looking for a home, homestead or investment property in West Ada, Canyon or Elmore County Idaho. We’ve worked with other realtors before and Molly streamlined the process, put us in touch with a lender that was right for our situation and was there for us through the completion of the process.

We recently worked with Molly on a home sale and it was great! The negotiation was easy, she had everything expertly ready and prepared on the listing side. The transaction closed in in only two weeks and Molly was a big part of making that happen!

Molly was an AMAZING listing agent for our Meridian property! We required quite the rehab / turnaround prior to going to market, and Molly went above and beyond helping us in this process both before listing and after. I cannot recommend Molly enough! She was incredible to work with. A good friend of ours recommended Molly as we started our search for a home in Idaho, and she sure delivered. Molly was patient and worked with us on viewing over a dozen homes and was on it when we were ready to put in the offer. You won’t be disappointed!
