Bretton was a great resource for us as out of state investors looking for a short term rental property in Scottsdale, Arizona. He had great knowledge of the areas and comps as he runs a short term property management company as well in the area and has experience running and owning these investments.

I worked with Bretton to find my first investment property (STR) and I could not have been more pleased. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and one of the most personable people I have ever met. He guided me through the process with his extensive knowledge of the STR business in a way that allowed me to choose my own path, yet always provided his advice on what he felt was best based on his expertise. If you are new to the STR business, don’t just use any agent you can find. You need someone like Bretton with knowledge and experience in STRs to guide you or you will be sorry later!

I’ve worked with a lot of realtors, and Bretton is absolutely aces! I’m an out of state investor and he sourced a great property for me, helping coordinate everything and negotiating. He got me some fantastic concessions. He’s responsive, communicative, and easy going.
10/10 I can’t recommend enough!

His expertise guided me into finding a STR “slam dunk” on my first investment property. If you are looking for your first STR, believe me, you need an agent who knows the STR business like Bretton or you will be sorry. Bretton was incredible, not only before and during our property search, but after as well. He worked tirelessly to find the right properties, arrange showing, working with sellers' agents to negotiate contracts and work through the purchase process. We were faced with an instance when things didn't go exactly as planned (which is when you 'really' find out who you're working with) and Bretton helped us navigate the 'wrinkle' expertly. In the end, things turned out even better, despite the challenges encountered. Bretton's in-depth knowledge of the many aspects of buildings, pests, contractors and more made inspections and minor repairs easy and straightforward. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Bretton again for any purchase need!

Bretton did an incredible job with helping me find my first home from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable about ALL of the things you need to perform due diligence on when purchasing a home, which made me feel incredibly safe during inspection and other general processes. He has a sincere commitment to the well-being and happiness of his customers and works to make the whole process easy, thorough and fun. The most effective and trust worthy realtor in Arizona. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property purchasing needs.
