This company will never be recommended by me at any time. As a client for almost a year I am truly disappointed. Don’t believe the 5 star rating. They are dishonest and never had the best interest of the owner nor the tenants. The only thing they did is collect a monthly fee. They are not responsive to calls or emails in a timely manner, when they do respond it is a few days later if at all. 4/26/2025 After my review the company did reach out promptly and promised to right the wrongs. I was impressed with the way this matter was handled very professionally. It changed my rating to a 4.

Raynor realty has taken all the hard work out of renting my home. They are extremely professional communicative and kind. This is my first time renting my home and I had lots of concerns, questions and hesitations. Amie who is my property manager is amazing to work with. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

I’ve been renting a townhome managed by Raynor for the last year. I appreciate the open communication from the staff, prompt responses, and the easy to use apps. They mail me my air filters which sounds little but I love that and also reminds me when I need to change them! Also I loved having a concierge service offered when moving in. I actually did use them to set up utilities and it was free and surprisingly super helpful. Also, shout out to Francisco for keeping the email exchanges open, direct, and entertaining.
